We went through 8,769 certified H-1B1 Singapore LCA filings in the US Department of Labor’s data, current through Q2 2026, to see who actually files the paperwork rather than just claiming to be open to sponsorship.

Amazon is far out in front, with more filings than Google and Microsoft combined, and it hasn’t eased off: 70 in the past twelve months. Meta is second on volume, first on pay.
Two rows show a zero in the past-12-months column. Facebook and Deloitte & Touche built large historical totals and then went quiet. Filing history proves an employer has been through the process, not that it is hiring today, so recent activity is usually the more useful signal.
That Facebook row also says something about the data. It and Meta Platforms are one company under two legal names, so the split is a naming artifact, and Amazon is spread across three entities the same way. Cities arrive inconsistently too, with “Cupertino, CA” and “CUPERTINO, CA” side by side in Apple’s worksite list. We publish names as DOL publishes them, stray capitals and all.
Newer names, if you sort by recent activity
The all-time table rewards whoever was filing in 2018. Sort by the past twelve months and different names surface. Anthropic filed 19 of its 26 all-time filings in the past year, median $187,574, all in San Francisco. LinkedIn filed 15 at $170,000. Temasek International (USA) filed 13 at $221,400, the highest median on the board.
What a high filing count actually buys you
An employer with a long record has HR and immigration counsel who have done this before. The LCA gets annotated as H-1B1 Singapore instead of plain H-1B, and someone there has hired a Singaporean on this visa. That matters, because a misfiled LCA is a common way H-1B1 sponsorship falls apart.
It does not mean the company has an open role today, or that it will sponsor you. Treat this as a list of places to start.
Beyond the top 10
Those ten account for roughly 17% of all filings. The rest is spread across 2,818 other companies, and the concentration is sharper than it looks: only 79 employers have filed more than ten times, while 1,392 filed exactly once and never again. Median pay across all 8,769 filings is $149,000.
One-off sponsors are harder to find, and there are many more of them than Amazons. Browse the company directory to filter by state or filing volume, or search by role to see who has sponsored your job title.
